I am a good Mom.

I was thinking of how good a mom I am. I teach my children things, they are pretty smart. Take Reagan here- I taught her how to pick out her clothes and her ABC's-apparently the ABC one was too big, but it is the same idea as the numbers one :)

And here she is with her numbers.

If any of you want to teach your kids things, I am totally available :)
Here are a couple of pictures of Alice and Reagan. We started off with the bed made and then Reagan decided it was more fun to play under the sheets and covers. Hence the video's above. She is looking at herself in the mirror in the video's.
I can't believe that Alice is going to 13 weeks tomorrow!!!! She is a pretty good baby. I can't complain too much. She has been smiling so big lately, and I wanted to get one of her, but of course I couldn't capture it, so this is what you get :)
I thought this one was so cute, even though Alice is looking off.

Adventures in Potty Training

o
WARNING- This post is all about Reagan being potty trained ( I know it is a really exciting subject)
No that is obviously not Reagan. Our battery for our camera is still packed away (I promise we will unpack everything one day) so that is the reason for the picture. I decided to start potty training Reagan this past Tuesday. I had heard that around 2 was a good age to start if they were showing signs. Well I thought Reagan had. She would tell me when she went and all that fun stuff. So I didnt' really research anything about it. I just knew that Reagan got really upset when she would pee on herself so I opted for the naked method. I just put a pair of panties on her and stayed home all day on Tuesday. Well she peed on herself 3 times that day and cried each time. Then on Wednesday she told me every time she needed to go. She has been doing awesome and hasn't had one accident since Tuesday, expcept at our friend's house. (Sorry Alison) but I am chalking that up to it was a different house. I am really proud of her though. She is doing really well. We have been putting a pull up on her when we go out. And she only had had 1 accident in it and she told me we needed to go but there was no where to stop. So that one was my bad. So that is our next thing is to get her potty trained through naps, night time, and going out. Although she has woken up from her last nap and last night dry. I hope she keeps it up, but I am not counting on it. So if anybody has advice for those times, do tell!!!!

Graham's Visit

The Graham's were so awesome and all came down for Alice's blessing. Here are the highlight pictures from the trip. I realized as I was going through them, I didn't get any of us swimming, next time!
The one of Alice naked in her car seat is at the Silverton, she was just so excited to be there and couldn't contain herself, and me being a great mom didn't have an extra outfit!

Alice's 2 month

I can't believe that Alice is already 2 months old!!!! We took her in today and here were the stats:
Weight- 11lb. 12 oz. (50-75%)
Height- 22 inches (25-50%)

Head- 34 cm. (50%)

The doctor said that she looked very healthy, and we are always glad to hear that. She is holding her head up really good. She loves her swing and looking at the fan on the bed, those are her 2 favorite things to do. She is sleeping pretty good and I can't complain too much!!!

Here are some more candid snapshots of her. They aren't the best but I thought I would post them anyway.

Already trying to suck her thumb!

So we have been trying to get Reagan to do some faces for the camera, here they are.
Happy Face

Silly Face (we are still working on this one, she is supposed to have her tongue sticking out and tilting her head, look familiar mom??)

Mean Face (My fave)

Alice's Blessing

We blessed Alice in church this past Sunday. It was a great day. We were lucky enough to have all of Nick's family in town for the occasion. Here are a couple of pictures from the day. Alice was perfect and didn't cry at all. Nick did a great job.
Our little family.

My girls and me.

Alice was real happy in this one.

All of the Graham's.

So then after taking pictures with Alice going crazy Nick and his brother decided that they would take some with Maverick. I swear they cared more about their Maverick pictures than they did the family ones :)

Here is Alice. We took this same picture of Heather and Reagan so we thought we do one with Alice and see the similarities and or differences. Alice wasn't too happy but here she is. I will have to the find the one of Reagan and Heather later, it is on our old computer which is still packed.

She likes to tilt her head :)

I can't believe that she is already 9 weeks old!!!!

We are Back..kind of

So we are back. We are all moved in, not unpacked, but moved into our new house. It is really fun moving in 108 degree weather down the street with a 7 week old and a 2 year old, but we did it! I have to say a huge thanks to the Bringhursts, Woods, Emily, and Brian, for helping us out. We couldn't have done it with out you guys!!! Especially thanks for watching Reagan, with her 2 year old molars coming in I know she is real fun right now :) You guys were awesome. So since I haven't been able to get on the internet I had over 40 new blog entries, so I am sorry I didn't comment on them. I am back now though. Although Nick's family is coming in town today, so I probably won't have tons of time:) I did want to share a find though. I found these for Reagan today at Wal-Mart. The coolster. I am excited, b/c now she will have a somewhat cold drink at the pool or where else we go to. Before I had to fill her cup with ice and it was usually melted within 10 min of pool time. So I am excited to try them. Happy 4th everyone!
