Happy Easter!

Just a quick post on Easter. We did our usual Easter tradition church, dinner with the Rogers, and little Easter Egg Hunt. Here are just a couple of pictures to at least document it!

Trying unsucessfuly to get them all to look at the camera!
We also went to this fun Easter party where the girls got to ride ponies!
Alice did not want to see the Easter Bunny only Reagan!
Hope everyone had a good Easter!

Reagan's 5

I seriously can't believe that Reagan is 5. I know it sounds so cliche, but the time flies so fast. She is your typical 5 year old girl. Right now she loves to dance, anything with art, and loves to play with her friends. We celebrated her birthday by going to Disneyland but we did do a little family celebration on her day. Poor little Reagan woke up at 4 am and had thrown up. She was so worried that she wasn't going to be able to do everything that we had planned, but we calmed her down, got her cleaned up and got her back to sleep. Luckily for her she woke up and was doing ok. One of her best friends always gets breakfast in bed on her birthday. Reagan, of course, insisted that we did the same for her.

She then opened all of her presents. She was so excited!!!
I have deicded that my tradition with my girls is starting when they are 5, I am going to take them for pedicures and let them pick out lunch. There is this cute little place here in town that is just for kids. Reagan was in heaven. She picked out pink and sparkles for her colors!

We had kind of a busy week so I didn't get a really cool birthday cake for Reagan. She wanted a Hello Kitty cake, but I waited to the last minute so we got her some decorations and let her decorate it herself. She ended up loving it so it all worked out!
We love this girl and glad she had a great day!

California Trip

Warning this is going to a long post with a LOT of pictures! Nick had another Ragnar this past week in Southern California. We decided to go down a day early and go to Disneyland. Needless to say the girls LOVED it. It was super crowded with the spring breaks going on, but we still had a good time. The girls loved the ride, especially Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear, and Pirates of the Caribbean!

We decided since we were only there for 1 day we would do the Ariels Grotto for lunch. Its a lunch where they get to meet 5 of the princesses. The girls loved it, I think Alice might have liked it more than Reagan! She was so excited, it was pretty cute. We were sitting near the deck so we didn't have the best lighting especially when Cinderella came to our table, but these are the best pictures we got.

We were celebrating Reagan's birthday so they sang her Happy Birthday.
Alice just enjoying her dinner!
We had a great day and then we headed to our friends beach house to spend the rest of the weekend. Nick did great on his race. Here is Reagan running across the finish line with Nick.
His team.

While he was running we were able to play on the beach, visit some really good friends, and went to a petting zoo!

I just love this picture of Reagan, she is totally saying can you please hurry this up :)
We had a great time and now I want to go take a nap!

Parents Visits are the Best

My parents came in town this past week and we had a great time. When they come it is just the best. Plain and simple. We didn't do anything in particular just hung out a lot and it was great! My Dad was amazing and did a bunch to our backyard, which was great. My Dad has been known to win yard of the month before, so we had an expert working on it. We also took them to a magic show down on the strip. I took the girls and we played outside with the flamingos at the Flamingo while we waited. My Mom got this blow up thing from the show so we of course had to take a picture around it.
Mom took a picture next to what Donny Osmond wore on Dancing With the Stars.
Even though my Dad's birthday isn't until the 9th, we celebrated it while they were here on their last night. One of my Dad's fave's is Coconut Cream Pie, so we had that when we got home. This was him while we were singing to him. I thought it was funny :)
We tried to take some of the girls with Nana and Pappy, but I forgot they were on my mom's camera. This is one of the ones I got of Rea and Dad.

Then I thought this was just funny all 3 of their eyes were closed!
We are so glad that they came and can't wait for the next time to see them. We already miss you guys!!!!
