Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone. We had a ton of great Halloween festivities. We had preschool parties, playgroup parties, trunk or treats, pumpkin carving parties, and of course trick or treating! Reagan had a blast. Alice loved it too for that matter. We had great playgroup party, it was pretty hectic with a ton of kids, but I guess that is to be expected when you put that many kids in a room with sugar! Here is Reagan decorating her cupcake.

Alice loved going on the ground and stealing all the other kids cupcakes. I love this picture, it's like she just got caught!

Next up was the trunk or treat at the church. Alice loved it!!!! She was the cutest bumble bee I have ever seen!

Our Pirate Reagan

Alice loves lollipops!

All of us at the trunk or treat.

Then there was trick or treating. We had a great time. It was great weather, and the kids were great. We went with some friends to this nice neighborhood where their parents live, and Reagan scored with the candy. I have never seen so many regular size candy bars handed out!!! There was even a house that was giving out candy and lighted necklaces, for the kids and soda, beer, and wine to the adults! Reagan was so cute, and loved going to all the houses. It was pretty cute. Alice was an angel and just hung out in her stroller. If we would have had her out getting candy, we could probably have opened up a small candy store!
Trying to get all the kids to take a picture.

I just can't get enough of Alice in her costume.

Reagan with some of her loot.

Now the pumpkin fairy will come tonight and replace Reagan's candy with a toy. She is so excited to see what she the pumpkin fairy brings her. I love doing Halloween with Reagan now, it is really fun now that she gets it!!! Happy Halloween everyone.

Pumpkin Patch Vegas Style

We took the girls to the "Pumpkin Patch" last night. Here in Vegas, that means a parking lot. The girls didn't seem to mind though. This "patch" is pretty close to our house, so every time we drive by, which is about everyday, she said she wanted to go, so we went!

Reagan at the petting zoo.

I tried so hard to get a picture of Alice by the pumpkins, but you try getting a 1 1/2 year to stay still at a pumpkin patch.

This was one of our tries.

This was the best that we could get of the two together.

We have a lot of Halloween stuff this week, playgroup party, trunk or treat, pumpkin carving party, and of course trick or treating. Stay tuned.

Maybe She Needs A Cup

This just probes I shouldn't leave Alice alone too long, especially since now she can open doors, and turn on water. Her hair is so wet in here! I really should get her a sippy cup :)

Ragnar Las Vegas

Nick just finished his second Ragnar! This time it was here in Vegas, which was nice for us. He did good, and beat his times from the last one. They started at Clark County Fairgrounds and finished at Red Rock. They had great weather, a little warm, but good. Nick's first leg was 3.8 miles and paced it at 8:10 a mile, second leg was 4.8 and paced it at 8:03 a mile, and last leg at 5 in the morning 3 miles paced at 9:05 a mile. He also did really good, b/c there was another team that had some former Chasqui's on it, so there was some friendly competition, and Nick totally beat that guy! We only got to see his first leg, because his second was a little too late for the kids, and 3rd was a little too early. But these are some of the pictures we captured!
